Shipping policy

UK delivery

Free next working day delivery on orders over £90. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we despatch the same day on a next working day service. Orders under £90 are £5.99 for next working day delivery. If you need it in the morning, pre-12pm next working day delivery is £15.95.

Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend or bank holiday, are despatched the next working day. Our courier delivers between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and a signature is needed. You can track your parcel online using the link in your despatch email.

Next working day delivery covers mainland UK. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland can take longer and may be charged by destination and weight. Contact us on 01977 522020 before ordering if you are unsure.

Click and collect

Collect free from our Castleford warehouse, Unit 7, Speedwell Road, Whitwood, Castleford, WF10 5PY. Orders are ready within 24 hours on working days and we email you when your order is ready to collect.

Bespoke and cut-to-length orders

TrueFIT cut and soldered strip is made to order and despatched within 48 hours, then delivered on a next working day service.

International delivery

EU delivery is £14.99 and rest of world £23.99 per order. Delivery times vary by country. Duties and taxes may be payable on arrival and are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

Check items as soon as they arrive. Tell us about damage within 5 working days, or a wrong or missing item within 48 hours, on 01977 522020 or info@sensiolighting.com. We may ask for photos.
